As children mature, we progressively introduce an understanding of Artificial Intelligence - how it works, what it can achieve, where it can mislead, and why information must always be questioned and verified.
In the senior preparatory years, learners will develop the ability to engage critically and responsibly with AI, exploring its application to research, creative thinking, inquiry and real-world problem-solving under appropriate teacher supervision.

Every AI tool considered for use at Eden Village Prep is carefully evaluated for age-appropriateness, educational value, data privacy and safeguarding. Equally important, we equip our children with the awareness and critical judgement to navigate the digital world responsibly - protecting personal information, questioning what they encounter and recognising that even intelligent technology can produce inaccurate, biased or misleading information.
Our commitment to digital safety is already embedded in our school practices. At the beginning of each academic year, all Senior Phase learners and their parents sign a comprehensive Tablet Use Agreement, clearly establishing our safety protocols, boundaries and expectations for responsible technology use.
